Tigers defeated by Nevis Tigers in battle

Last Tuesday, the Browerville/Eagle Valley Tigers headed to Nevis to take on a section favorite, the Nevis Tigers. The Tigers were defeated 0-3 (13-25, 25-27, 17-25).

Aggressive attacking by Nevis and hitting errors by the Tigers had Nevis jumping out to an early 5-0 lead. The Tigers would push a run of three to close the gap to 5-3. Nevis would then go on a 6-1 run to force a Tigers time out at 11-4. Serve receive and ball control were a factor....
