Tigers Display Power Hitting in Win over Brandon-Evansville

The Browerville-Eagle Valley softball team opened up its 2026 campaign last Monday on a beautiful spring day on the campus of the College of St. Ben’s. The Tigers faced the Brandon-Evansville Chargers in an early-season Section 6A matchup. The Tigers struggled out of the gate as three Tiger errors, along with a couple of Charger hits, led to an early 1-2 deficit. In the bottom of the 2nd inning, the B/EV bats came alive as five hits would lead to five runs. Three more hits and four more runs in the 4th inning would expand the Tigers’ lead to 10-2...
