Tigers plunder the Pirates: Team is second in Section 5A

A section favorite, the Verndale Pirates, came to town Monday for a match up against the Tigers. The match ended in favor of the Tigers 3-0 (25-21, 27-25, 25-19). The win placed the Tigers second in Section 5A and gave an opportunity for the Tigers to host two home playoff matches.

The Tigers jumped out to a 7-2 lead to start the match. Another push from the Tigers put the game at 10-3 and the Pirates would take an early timeout....
