Tigers Roar in First Home Game Despite Tough Loss

It was a day long anticipated as the Tigers finally held their first home game of the season, welcoming the visiting Upsala Cardinals to Browerville. After spending the previous week practicing in their beautiful new facilities, last Tuesday marked the first time this season the Tigers were able to compete in front of their home crowd. The gym was packed, the energy was high, and the Tigers were ready to build on the more consistent, hard-fought play they had shown in their last two matches.

The Tigers came out fired up in set one, taking a convincing 25-17 win. The second set was a tightly contested battle, with the Cardinals edging out the Tigers 25-21. That momentum shift proved costly, as Upsala took control of the match and claimed the next two sets to hand the Tigers the loss...
