Tigers Show Resilience Amidst Tough Competition

The Browerville Eagle Valley Tigers were back in action with a full slate of matches this past week, facing both conference and tournament challenges.

On Thursday, the Tigers traveled to Benson to face the Braves, a new team to the Prairie Conference. Despite strong stretches of play, the Tigers came up short, falling 1-3 to the Braves.

Saturday brought the annual Tiger Invitational, hosted this year at Long Prairie High School while Browerville’s gym construction continues. The Tigers battled through a full day of competition, facing Henning, Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley, Verndale, and Brandon-Evansville. While the Tigers weren’t able to secure a win, the matches showed glimpses of growth as the team continues to search for the right competitive lineup...
