Todd County Board of Commissioners: Byers joins the board

New Commissioner Bob Byers was present for his first meeting to fill the vacancy due to the death of Rod Erickson. It was the first time in several months that the board has been a full five.
In other business:
• Approved a gambling permit for the NWTF Struttin Blackbeards to hold a raffle event at the Clarissa Ballroom on February 3, 2024.
• Approved a gambling permit for the Sauk Valley Gobblers to hold a bingo and raffle event at the Diamond Point Steakhouse in Birchdale Township on February 24, 2024....
