Todd County Board of Commissioners: Discussion on STS building replacement

The Sentencing to Service (STS) unit of Todd-Wadena County Corrections does a lot of good for the two counties that share it.
According to Director Kathy Langer, there is an average of 11,500 hours that the STS work crews complete each year within the two counties.
Approximately 5500 of those hours are spent doing work directly for the counties which has a value of $55,000....
