Verndale students dive into creative opportunities

Verndale’s Video Productions and Entertainment (Sports) Marketing classes recently visited Central Lakes College in Brainerd where they had an engaging and educational experience.

One of the highlights was a session with Leon Dahlvang, who introduced the students to Adobe After Effects. He demonstrated how motion graphics and special effects create animations, bringing images and text to life in video content. Dahlvang also explained how this software is used in media, advertising and entertainment industries, giving a better understanding of the creative opportunities available in animation and design careers.

The classes also attended a presentation by business instructors Jill and Jessie, who explained their business and marketing options at Central Lakes College....
