Willoe Booker donated 100 teddy bears to the Todd County Sheriff’s Office

Willoe Booker is a local little girl with a mission to make a difference.

Willoe, the daughter of Tyler and Ashley Thiel, has spent the year working hard to prepare for the National American Pageant in the hopes of becoming Miss Minnesota Jr. Pre-Teen. The pageant requires contestants to do some form of community service act.

Last year she donated school supplies to her school.

This year, Willoe wanted to do something she was passionate about and that she could connect with.

So, after some brainstorming, she came up with a platform called, “Willoe’s Wardrobe.” . . .
