by Coach Rollie Lais The Browerville Tigers track and field team turned in another strong performance Tuesday at the St. John’s meet, with athletes recording numerous personal bests, season bests, and top finishes against tough competition. The Tigers’ sprint crews led the way early in the meet. In the boys’ 100-meter dash, sophomores Tyler Rowe and Jonah Berg both broke the 12-second mark for the first time this season. The Trojans showed why they are a top 5 team in the state and hit the ball all around the yard, beating the Raiders 18-6. News from Browerville's Past 25 Years Ago September 28, 2001 Not many people know where tiny Mill Lake is located in Todd County, but that is about to change. Mill Lake is located east of Browerville about eight miles on County Road 29. It is an idyllic setting in the Squaw Tip Hills left by three ancient glaciers which once covered the northern two-thirds of the state. The hills were formed by retreating glaciers which left rolling oak hills dotted by small ponds and lakes.
