A very special award was given at the Eagle Bend Lions Club annual meeting to Lewis Peterson who was inducted as an Honorary Lifetime Member. This award is given by the Lions Club in appreciation of a person’s outstanding service in helping the Lions attain their goals in our community. Lewis has now joined ranks with Darrel Clementson, as Lewis spent countless hours working on the Lions Recreation Park this summer, doing everything from mowing grass to keeping up the tennis courts to fixing up the warming house and general care taking of the whole project.
