Browerville School Project Advancing Toward Completion

As the final weeks of summer wind down, construction at Browerville School continues to move forward, bringing the long-anticipated gymnasium and entrance project ever closer to the finish line.

While some challenges have emerged, the momentum on-site remains strong, and the transformation is increasingly visible to staff and community members alike.

Inside the gymnasium, the pace of work has been shaped by the need to manage indoor humidity before final floor installation could begin. The gym subfloor was laid during the week of August 11, and contractors have advised that the gym floor installation will be completed by September 15. Once the final topcoat is applied, it will require a five-day curing period before the bleachers can be installed.

Meanwhile, other key components such as the basketball hoops and batting cages are already in place, giving the space an increasingly finished look.
