Car versus semi accident

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, on January 12, at 12:27 a.m., a semi, operated by Dennis Gayland Fronning, 47, of Battle Lake, was westbound on Highway 29. An Accord, driven by Krista Leanne Decker, 30, of Wadena, was eastbound on Highway 29. The two vehicles collided on the snow and ice-covered road.

Alcohol was a contributing factor involved with Decker.

Decker and Fronning were taken to Tri-County Health Care and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
