USA 19 runs, 18 hits, 5 errors. Tigers 9 runs, 8 hits, 6 errors.
The Tigers scored first in the bottom of the 2nd when Jayden Schultz doubled and scored to give them a brief 1-0 lead on May 12, in Browerville. USA answered back with 5 runs on 5 hits in the 2nd and 7 runs in the 3rd to take an 11-1 lead. The Tigers scored 2 in the 4th, highlighted by a Maverick DReher 2-run single, and they scored 6 more times in the 5th, highlighted by hits from Ben Host, Gavin Marxer, and Ethan Schultz to cut the lead to 12-9. The USA would put the game away with 1 run in the 5th and 6 more in the 6th to secure the 10-run win, 19-9 in 6 innings.
