The Flyers team made short work of Barrett last week in an exhibition game, hammering the foe 20-6 in seven innings. Brian Hinzmann smashed a two run homer and Nick Holmquist immediately followed with a solo shot. Mark Burns added a two-run double. Brent Lieser drove in a run with a single then Hinzmann had a three-run for his second over-the-fence blast in the opening inning.

50 Years Ago

July 10, 1975

Dr. Donald E. Larson has joined the Todd County Veterinary Clinic in the practice of veterinary medicine. He began work on July 1.

Luther Fragodt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Fragodt and a 1972 graduate of the Clarissa High School, is appearing this summer with the Straw Hat Players in several different plays at Moorhead State College.
