Ideas can be given to Helen Rasmussen, Laura Benson, Loretta Johnson, Leora Lundstrum or any member of the organization. A group of local young men have gotten together to form a city basketball team. While surrounding towns have had teams in the last few years, Clarissa will be starting anew. There are 11 teams in the league the locals have joined. Besides Clarissa, the teams are: Browerville, Wadena, Deer Creek, Verndale, Eagle Bend, Motley, Aldrich, Hewitt and Staples. The games are played on Sunday and Wednesday nights.
