The Eagle Valley Mock Trial Team began practice in the weeks before Christmas and is now looking forward to the first competitions of the season. Ten very eager and interested team members have been preparing to either defend or prosecute Sydney Taylor, a security guard at Liberty High School in the city of Edgewood. Taylor is charged with attempted murder after shooting a student in the leg. The team consists of Rhiannon Stuart, Jessica Olson, Amanda Klimek, Sherrie Lundgren, Jon Baso, Jason Martinson, Bonnie Beach, Mike Pontius, Kari Lundstrom and Isaac Bradlich.
