Local wrestlers place at the State Tournament
Revering and Ervasti are runners-up for the BHVPP Raiders

BHVPP made the final stop of the season at the Xcel Energy Center last weekend.
On Thursday the team took to the mat against the top ranked Gophers of Chatfield.
The strength of the Gophers was evident from the start as they found ways to win the close matches and get bonus points.
The Raiders have been used to getting out to the lead, but not in this one as Chatfield won the first eight matches for the 35-0 lead.
David Revering got the Raiders on the board with a fall at 160 before the Gophers took the next two bouts....
Browen places 3rd and Zigan places 5th for the LPGE-Browerville Wolves

With the 23-24 wrestling season coming to an end, there was a lot of excitement and anticipation with the LPGE-Browerville Wolves program.
The Wolves ended the season 14-10 dual record, losing in the semis to Osakis in a very competitive Section 6A.
The following week the Wolves headed back to Wadena to compete for an individual spot in the State Tournament.
The Wolves sent 12 wrestlers to individuals with three wrestlers earning their way to the State Tournament...
