The Raiders defeated the Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Wolves 12-1 in 5 innings.
Jalen Hinzmann pitched the entire 5 innings, striking out 9, giving up 1 run (0 earned), and walking just 1 hitter.
Offensively, the Raiders were led by Owen Weiher, driving in 4RBIs with a homerun and a double, followed by Braylin DeLeon and Chase Jensen, each providing 2RBIs. Jensen hit a 2-run home run, his first of his varsity career. Zain Waldahl also added a double over the center fielder’s head to continue his hot streak.
The Raiders stacked 10 hits together on the day and had a great approach at the plate, getting walked 5 times. Joe Elfstrum added a hit, Jalen Hinzmann and Braxton Ohrmundt each collected 2 hits.
