A Russian Mig jet fighter landed in Eagle Bend a couple of weeks ago on its way to Rockford, Illinois. Dave Murch hauled the plane on a flatbed trailer from Santa Rosa, California. The 1940s plane originated from Poland and came to the United States on a container ship. This is the third Mig that Murch Trucking has hauled to Illinois where the planes are being restored and sold to Mig enthusiasts.
