The beautifully designed new building just outside of Eagle Bend on Highway 71 features six finished exam rooms, with two rooms that will later be used for other clinic purposes.

The question referred to residents not obtaining building permits before beginning projects; or residences in areas designated commercial districts or businesses in residential areas. Council members approved having City Administrator Kevin Hess have a legal notice printed in the newspaper. “Then everyone is aware of the ordinance and the penalties for not following the rules.”
