Todd-Wadena Community Corrections celebrates STS building reopening
The Todd-Wadena Community Corrections (TWCC) building in Eagle Bend was rebuilt after being destroyed by a tornado and heavy snow.
The Sentence to Serve (STS) program allows courts to sentence nonviolent offenders to community service instead of jail time or fines in Todd and Wadena counties through the TWCC.
The new facility opened on October 21 with an open house that welcomed community members, Todd and Wadena county officials, law enforcement and included a visit from Hubbard County STS supervisors....
