Verndale slaps the Braves, falls to Tigers and Bears

On Tuesday, February 7, the Verndale Pirates Boys Basketball team hosted the Menahga Braves and won by a score of 51-43. Shawn Schmitz, Jaden Schulke and Carter White each had 12 points to lead the Pirates in scoring as the three went a combined 8 for 19 from the 3-point line.

Schmitz also grabbed 8 rebounds and Schulke had 4 assists for the Pirates. . .
