Limited with some injuries, the Tiger Girls were forced to play a lot of minutes with limited breaks and managed to do so with a lot of improvement. Bertha-Hewitt 49, Verndale 30 The Bertha-Hewitt girls basketball team turned in a strong defensive performance on January 13, defeating VHS 49–30 with balanced scoring and relentless pressure on the defensive end. Wolves go 4-0 in Dominant Week on the Mat
On Tuesday, January 13, the Wolves hosted Border West and Frazee at the Long Prairie-Grey Eagle School. Wolves Defeat Border West, 44–18 The Wolves turned in a strong performance on the mat, defeating Border West 44–18 behind a balanced effort that featured pins, technical falls, and solid decision victories.
