Girls’ Basketball lost a pair of games last week to tough opponents in Menahga and Wadena. On Tuesday, they hosted Menahga and found themselves down early by 20 to start the game. Still, the Bears played strong late in the first half and early in the 2nd half, keeping it a 20-point game for most of the way before Menahga pulled away even more at the end to make it a 40-77 loss for the Bears... The boys’ Basketball team played one game last week, thanks to yet another lovely winter storm this past Tuesday. So on Friday night, they headed to Menahga for a conference match with the Braves.
