Bears drop the Raiders

This past week the Berth-Hewitt Bears took on the Mille Lacs Raiders in a Section 5 contest at Bertha-Hewitt. The Bears prevailed 48–39.

The Bears started the game on a 7–2 run with 7 straight points by Senior Guard Hailey Hudalla and a few assists by Senior Miranda Line.

The Raiders battled back to take the lead for a possession until Sophomore Carissa Winscher tied the game at 20 each with a jump shot and free throw. . .
