Ervasti plays for All Star Team

The 49th Minnesota High School All Star Game was held on Saturday, December 4, at the U.S. Bank Stadium.
The Vikings sponsored event featured the best high school football players in the state with 88 players split into North and South teams from all classes for an epic televised game. All the proceeds from the All Star Game go to Tackle Cancer.
Gideon Ervasti, a senior at the Verndale School, was nominated by Coach Mike Mahlen for the team. Mahlen has coached an All Star Team twice in his career.
“His stats are there and I thought he’d be a good candidate,” said Mahlen. . .
