Golfers earn All-Conference titles

Girls Golf
Mallory Uselman had her first meet of the week on Tuesday. It was the Mid State Conference Championship at the Vintage in Staples.
There were 27 golfers there.
She had a great round! She shot her best score yet. Her 77 (+5) was good for second in the Conference!
She eagled her second hole of the day. She finished her last 12 holes even par with a birdie on hole 6.
She received All Conference honors.
Her second meet was at the Classic by Baxter. There were 79 golfers there.
This is a very challenging course. It’s very narrow, so you have to be extremely accurate and the greens are really fast.
Mallory had a hard time finding her rhythm there. She had one birdie on her card.
She shot a 95 for the day which was good for 27th place.
Her last meet of the week was at the Pebble Lake Golf Course on Friday. There were 8 teams and 49 golfers.
Mallory had another good round. She carded three birdies for a score of 80 (+8). That was good for a 3rd place finish!
Boys Golf
The boys started the week on Monday with their pre-section meet at the Blackberry Golf Club. There were 66 players representing 11 teams....
