First-place winners in the home lighting contest for this year were Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Adamietz for a religious theme and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Burns for a general Christmas theme.

At 1:30 p.m. on December 22, the Clarissa matmen took on the Eagle Bend team. The match, which was held at Eagle Bend, ended in a victory for Clarissa with a final score of 38 to 32.
