Vandals in the city park have city officials frustrated. They think they know who is doing the damage, but they have not been able to catch the culprits. According to Jerry Sovich, the vandals have torn braces off the ceiling in the shelter, broke into the fuse boxes, smeared excrement on the walls of the restrooms, set fires in the restrooms and thrown a picnic table into the creek. Sovich said several times, “The restrooms are a real mess!”
