Josh Motl, a junior at Eagle Valley High School, rushed for 1000 career yards in Friday night’s game. Josh is the son of Ron and JoAnn Motl.

October 16, 1975

At presstime, two more townships, Spruce Hill (Douglas County) and Turtle Creek have joined the Central Todd County Care Center Board in its bid to obtain approval of its application for a certificate of need to build a 74-bed nursing home-retirement center residence complex.

One local resident is really putting Clarissa on the map! Persons that have never heard of our small community are beginning to wonder just where it is. We’re talking of course about the Harley Rock Picker which was invented by Harley Fahrenholz and is manufactured in this community.
