Lady Bears take on many opponents

The Bertha-Hewitt Bears opened the 2021-22 season with 2 tough contests. The Bears traveled to the Parkers Prairie Panthers on Tuesday and hosted the Brandon-Evansville Chargers on Friday in the first Girls and Boys Double Header of the season. The Bears fell in both contests, 51-37 to the Panthers and 57- 43 to the Chargers.

The Bears traveled to Parkers Prairie for the first game of the season for the two teams. Each team came out playing great defense, getting hands in passing lanes and turning over the other team multiple times in the first few minutes. Each team struggled to connect from the field with the Bears holding a slight lead after 6 minutes. . .
