White is second Statewide, named to Mr. Minnesota Golf Watchlist

On Monday, April 21 the Cardinals Boys Golf Team played at Tianna Country Club in Walker.

The course hasn’t even opened to the public so it was a little tough out there.

The greens weren’t mowed or touched yet so the ball jumped and bounced which made putting really tough.

Carter White was able to shoot a 74 to tie for 1st. He had 3 birdies during his round.

Jackson white shot a 78 and ended up 7th out of 72 golfers. He had 2 birdies on his card.

The team shot a 312 for 2nd place. They were only 4 shots behind 1st.

They lost to Walker who is last years Class A State champion team and they were on their home course....
