The golf season has wrapped up with Verndale’s Carter White finishing 8th in the State this year.

He was a little off and it cost him some strokes. He finished +3 through 36 holes, only 4 strokes from 1st.

He’s had quite a high school career. He finished with 3 top 8 finishes in the state (1st, 3rd, 8th), 4 time All-Conference (3 of the times the conference medalist), 4 times All-State.

White is now headed to play golf for the North Dakota State University (NDSU) Bison!

He will get to travel extensively, from California, to New York, down to Arizona and even Mexico and will play on multiple courses that the Pros frequently play.

Congratulations on an amazing high school career and good luck!
