Jenny Nelson made some great plays as shortstop for the Rebels. Walks, followed by errors, followed by hits usually spell trouble, and it did for Eagle Valley. News from Eagle Bend's Past 25 Years Ago May 2, 2001 Richard Oelrich, rural Eagle Bend, was injured in a power take off (PTO) accident on April 24. He reached across the PTO shaft and it caught his overalls, shirt and t-shirt and they were ripped right off him. His neck was rubbing on the PTO going full force.
