Felony Suspect Caught After Multi-county Chase

On July 25, at 6:04 p.m., a Todd County deputy was on patrol in rural Villard Township in Todd County. The deputy observed a green colored Mini Cooper being driven by a known individual, identified as Daniel David Miller, of rural Motley.
The deputy was aware that Miller had outstanding felony level arrest warrants for controlled substance offenses out of Wright and Crow Wing counties. The deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle Miller was operating, however, Miller attempted to outrun law enforcement.
During the pursuit, the deputy attempted a Pursuit Intervention Technique (PIT) maneuver at the intersection of State Highway 210 and State Highway 64, Motley. Miller ended up driving down into the ditch and continuing north on State Highway 64...
