The November 4 regular Todd County Commissioners meeting had a short agenda, lasting only twenty-three minutes. Commissioner Becker was absent due to a medical procedure.
In other business:
Accepted resignations:
• Tyler Winkles, FT Deputy on October 24.
• Eric Dahl, Seasonal Recreational Assistant October 3.
• Lukas Duchene, Seasonal Recreational Assistant October 1.
• Emma Drum, Seasonal Recreational Assistant August 17.
Hired:
• Andrew Schultz FT Correctional Officer with start date November 5.
• Administrative Assistant I, Dominik Estrella Becerra with start date TBD.
• Resource Navigator/Interpreter, Juan Vasquez Garcia with start date TBD.
• CliftonLarsonAllen LLP for Audit Services for years 2025, 2026 and 2027. Commissioner Noska commented they have been great for the county. Auditor/Treasurer Gaida stated that the county is not required to ask for proposals for audit services.
Approved:
• Auditor warrants for $10,546,624.41.
• Commissioner warrants for $53,915.71.
• Health and Human Services Commissioner warrants for $34,044.00.
• Health and Human Services SSIS warrants for $42,536.41.
• Background: Loren Fellbaum, Public Works, requested the final payment of $14,679.05 be paid to Swenson Aggregate Construction, LLC for the 2025 Gravel Surfacing Contract as the contract has been completed. The total contract was $293,580.95 and partial payments amounting to $278,901.90 have been previously paid. Commissioners approved payment.
Fellbaum stated he looked forward to meeting with the commissioners on Thursday for road review...
