The Section 6A Individual Wrestling Tournament was held Friday, February 20, at Wadena-Deer Creek Public Schools, with the top two finishers in each weight class advancing to the state tournament. The Pirates trailed 28-29 before regaining the lead and, after that, never lost the lead. The Pirates outrebounded the taller Thunder team 55-49.
