Bennett murder trial to begin September 14
A settlement conference for Dylan Bennett has been scheduled for August 13 at 1:30 p.m. A jury trial is set to begin on September 14 at 9 a.m. and will conclude on October 2. Bennett is now being represented by Attorney Malcolm Whynott.
Dylan is charged with two counts of murder in the first degree, and two counts of murder in the second degree in the death of his parents, Barry and Carol Bennett, in August 2019. . . .
