Beware of zombies
The third annual Zombie Run was held at Blacks Grove Park on October 12. The fresh snow added another slippery obstacle for the runners and zombies alike, but it didn't deter them from participating.
There were 46 people registered for the run with another 10 walk-ups (almost double from last year). There were also 24 zombies prowling the course ready to pounce and take flags from the runners. If
any runners had a flag left at the end of the race they were given a medal. Zombies Brandy Hanson and Cody Boyer stalked runners at the beginning and end of the race and were successful in grabbing
a few flags.
