Festival of Lights
The Verndale Community Festival of Lights will be held Wednesday, December 4 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the community center. Children and families are encouraged to enjoy a free pancake supper, hot cider, cookies, holiday music provided by the band and choir students, a special visit from Santa Claus, and the lighting of the tree.
The supper, holiday music, and time with Santa Claus will take place from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. in the community center. The tree lighting will take place at 6:50 p.m. in the Verndale City Park.
