First to get fiber optics in Clarissa

Pat Lunemann and Larry Dickinson may be the first people in Clarissa to get fiber optic internet.
And all it took was a call to complain about the slow internet.
Dickinson called Arvig this spring to see if there was anything they could do about the slow internet in the rural Clarissa area. Dickinson called Lunemann to share that they could receive fiber optic service. Arvig would send out an engineer to figure out what it would take, and what it could cost to hook up their homes to the fiber optic line.
Arvig had apparently laid a main fiber optic line near their homes several years ago...
