Lady Raiders have strong performances

The Bertha-Hewitt-Verndale Raiders traveled to Sebeka on Tuesday, May 3, to compete at the UNC invite.
The Lady Raiders placed 2nd out of the 7 conference teams competing.
Placing in the top 6 and scoring for the Raiders were Olivia Stanley - 100 meter dash (1st, 13.44), 200 meter dash (1st - 28.82) and High Jump (3rd, 4-07), Kendra Miller - 400 meter dash (2nd, 1:05.14), Mikayla Allen -100 meter dash (4th, 13.87) and 200 meter dash (4th - 29.70), Lezah Dean - 400 meter dash (5th, 1:07.93), Michaela Barthel - 100 meter hurdles (6th, 18.24) and Triple Jump (5th, 29-03.0), Mia Arroyo - 800 meter run (2nd, 2:35.00), Taylor Lloyd - 1600 meter run (5th, 6:21.49), Triple Jump (4th, 29-04.50) and High Jump (4th, 4-05), Makenzee Sales - 100 meter hurdles (5th, 18.62), Ashley Warren - High Jump (5th, 4-05), Dreamer Saltzman - Shot Put (2nd, 32-9.0) and Discus (1st - 99-07), . . .
