School staff leaves messages for their students

Elementary teachers at the Verndale School wrote messages on their windows for their students to see and shared how much they miss them. Angie Wallin had help from Vanessa Waldahl, special education teacher, in painting the windows. “We decided to decorate our windows because we wanted our kiddos to know that we were thinking about them. We saw lots of stories on the news about bear hunts and hearts in the windows. We knew this was something similar that we could do to show the kids how much they mean to us!” shared Wallin. . . . .
