Finally back in school
Students have returned to school for the first time since March. Superintendent Paul Brownlow greeted students getting off the bus when the Verndale School held their first day for K-7th and 12th grades on September 8. All students attended on September 9. Staff and students were masked and seating in the classrooms was socially distanced according to guidelines. Buses unloaded one at a time. Students and staff were happy to be back.
