Cantleberry new director of the Wadena Chamber

The Wadena Chamber of Commerce has a new executive director, Dana Cantleberry.
The Chamber’s previous director, Jed Brazier, left when the pandemic began in 2020. Chamber Employee Crystal Riddle and Wadena Chamber Vice President Renee Frethem have been filling the void.
Cantleberry began her new role on December 7, and has many ideas and new events to help promote the Wadena area.
“I thought it was an interesting opportunity. I’ve lived here since 2001 and I am familiar with Wadena and wanted to take the opportunity to make a difference here in Wadena and the area,” said Cantleberry.
Her previous experience working with the local schools gave her a foundation to expand and market the community and surrounding area. Cantleberry was previously the Marketing and Community Education Director at the Bertha-Hewitt School since July of 2021, as well as at the Wadena-Deer Creek School for several years before that. . .
