Charges dropped against Red Lake woman

According to a report from CBS news, charges were dropped on Monday, April 29, against Jennifer Stately, a Red Lake woman accused of abducting her three-year-old boy. The arrest was made in Todd County.

Stately was charged with one count each of third-degree assault, child torture, child neglect and malicious punishment of a child.

The child was in poor condition and had a strong smell of body odor along with lesions and open sores on his body. He also had several rotten teeth....
