Todd County Board of Commissioners: Approve Highway 27 Salvage Conditional Use Permit: Hired Bauer as new county coordinator

After discussion and some added timelines to the conditions of the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Highway 27 Auto Salvage LLC, the board approved the CUP with Commissioner Randy Neumann opposed.
Background: An application for a CUP to establish a salvage yard in Round Prairie Township was submitted on October 16, 2023. (This was after the prior CUP for the business had been revoked for noncompliance.)
The application was reviewed by the Planning Commission during the December 7, 2023 and January 4, 2024 public hearings.
The final recommendation of the Planning Commission was to grant the CUP with conditions....
