Veterans receive quilts

Jody Bebault with the Todd County Council on Aging presented three quilts to three Bertha area veterans on Tuesday, February 7, at the Bertha American Legion meeting.

A patriotic red, white and blue quilt was presented to Mike Van Heel, a green themed one went to Jerry Barron and Bruce Bakken received a beautiful purple themed quilt.

On November 22, 2017, Teresa Crews passed away unexpectedly at her home in White Bear Township. Crew was an avid quilter and had an enormous stash of fabric and quilting supplies. . .
