Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central and east central Minnesota. * WHEN...From 6 AM Wednesday to midnight CST Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
